The Media Luna (Half Moon) Ranch is 1315 Acres of beautiful income producing property. This is a managed wildlife area with hunting leases. Hunt trophy deer and ducks in 1 hour from Houston. Ranch is located 70 miles from Hobby Airport on FM 457, 16 miles southeast of Bay City. There is over 4000 feet of FM 457 frontage. Sargent Beach on the Gulf of Mexico is 12 miles further down FM 457. There is direct boat access into the Gulf in Sargent through Mitchell's Cut. Lake Jackson, Brazoria County is only 20 minutes away.
